Thank you for agreeing to be a speaker at one for our 2025 Heritage and Cultural Celebrations!
To help keep you organized, the list below is provided to guide you through the process.
STEP 1
Sign the Contract
Below you will find the Speaker Agreement Form, which outlines the terms and conditions of your participation in an Heritage and Cultural Celebration (HCC) and provides Studio 5 with the information needed to send payment after the completion of the contract.

STEP 2
Submit Media Needs
As part of your participation in the HCC, You will be asked to submit the following:
Headshot
Short bio
Video testimonial
An educational media recommendation
An interesting fact about yourself
A description of who or what inspires you
Click below to submit the required information and media using the Media Release Form. This form gives consent to Studio 5 to use your image, words, and voice in promotional material (not limited to website, social media, promotional video, etc.).
Below you will find additional information regarding each of these requirements
Submit a Headshot
We strongly recommend using a high-resolution photograph on a neutral background.
Resolution: 1600x1600px
Orientation: Horizontal
Photos will be cropped into a circle, a tall rectangle and used in videos.
To check the pixel size of your photo:

Right-click the image file, select Properties, go to the Details tab, and look for the dimensions.

Open the image in Preview, click Tools in the top menu, then select Show Inspector. The dimensions will be listed under General Info.

Open the photo in the Photos app, tap the i (info) icon, and look for the dimensions under Info.

Open the photo in the Gallery or Google Photos app, tap the three-dot menu (⋮) or Info option, and check the dimensions.
Submit a Speaker Bio
Your bio should be no more than 100 words.
This bio will be used on the program landing page and in our program asset for participants.
Bios should include a blend of personal and professional notes.

Dr. Teresa Deveaux is dedicated to unlocking individual, team, and organizational potential, evident in her doctoral dissertation on leadership outcomes and organizational culture. With over 25 years of experience, including 19 at Microsoft, she is now a Leadership Professor at various institutions and the CEO of Savage Consulting. Holding a Doctorate in Organizational Leadership, Teresa resides in Vancouver, enjoys traveling and hiking with her husband Mike and their furkid Diva, and making memories with their adult children, Abby and Jake.

Regina Gibbs, a seasoned professional with 28+ years in leadership and people management, excels in the airline and tech sectors. Specializing in executive development, she delivers top-tier programs for Google VPs and SVPs. Regina holds a BA in Business Administration, an MPA, and passionately serves as a Health Advocate Coach. Beyond work, she explores culinary delights, music festivals, and theater arts while cherishing family time with her dog, Mac Daddy.
Prepare a Video Testimonial
As part of the dry run, we’d like to capture a brief video testimonial to highlight your insights and the event’s theme. To ensure the best quality and meaningful content, please prepare with the following in mind:

Choose a well-lit area for clear visibility.
Keep your background clean and distraction-free.

Have your camera on.
Dress in neutral, camera-friendly attire.

Use a laptop or mount your phone on a tripod for a steady shot.

Prepare a brief (no more than 10 words) quote that reflects the HCC theme.

Submit supplemental information
To enrich the learning experience for our audience and enhance our post-celebration Resource Guide, we invite you to submit supplemental materials and information that expand on the theme of the month. This section will allow the audience to learn more about you and explore additional resources to deepen their understanding of the topics discussed.
Educational Media Recommendations: Please submit a podcast, book, film or documentary, or interactive learning that you recommend that will continue the learning of our audience.
Interesting fact about you: Provide an intriguing or lesser-known fact about yourself that will help the audience connect with you on a more personal level.
Who or what inspires you: Share who or what motivates and inspires you in your work or personal life.
STEP 3
Promote Event
Two Weeks Before Event
Download Promotional Asset and post it to your preferred social media platform(s) (i.e. LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook).
Leverage the Recommended Copy to accompany your post.

Share and ‘repost’ Studio 5’s LinkedIn asset (with headshots) promoting the event.
