Communications Entrepreneur
Richard Fawal is a veteran of political, public policy, business, and non-profit communications. Over the past 35 years, he’s helped candidates running for everything from school board to President, advised organizations like the Mayo Clinic and the Brookings Institution, and guided advocacy campaigns for companies like Delta Air Lines and Kellogg’s. As the former national political director of the Arab American Institute, a nonprofit political and advocacy group, he's navigated diverse landscapes.
In 2010, Mr. Fawal founded WatchParty, Inc., a technology company that developed online social media platforms for television audiences. In 2017, he founded Voxtopica, the leading public affairs and nonprofit podcasting agency, producing audio content for clients like the Federation of American Hospitals, the National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine, and the National Organization for Women.
