Cultivating Change Summit

The Cultivating Change Summit is an effort to bring together Lesbian, Gay, Bi, Transgender and Questioning (LGBTQ+) agriculturists in and around agriculture (and allies), a group that is rarely represented in either of the communities of which they are a part – the agriculture community or the LGBTQ+ community – for one of the most unique professional development conference ever. Join Studio 5 and the Cultivating Change Foundation, June 21st - 23rd, 2017 in Sacramento, California.

re:think Thursday

Studio 5 - Learning and Development, LLC is excited to present "re:think Thursdays" a creative design series. Join a network of fun-havers, innovators, creators, and explorers who push our industry forward. Share a cocktail, and unleash your creativity!

  • Our next event is: October 27th, 2016
  • Location: Exploratorium, Pier 15
  • Time: 6:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.

After a morning filled with team building activities, we set your crew off on an unconventional adventure continuing the shared experience that truly unites high performance teams.

Adventure through rolling hills and breathtaking views outside the city with Danehilll’s horses!  Draw parallels between your personal and professional life while learning how to be a strong asset for your team.

Into the wild we go for this rigorous mountain-based team-building adventure. This Mountain Rescue exploration allows participants to experience firsthand what it’s like to be a Ski Patrol while practicing skills that separate high performing teams from the rest. This is a tough but rewarding challenge.

Get your team out of the office and into the bay! Have an exhilarating afternoon on the USA76, a high tech America’s Cup yacht. Your team will see how strong communication is key to success.

BoatWorks leverages a non-racing, multi-boat format to get your group gelling as they battle the wind, the currents, their collective anxieties and a special group challenge, all under the watchful eyes of a great coaching staff and professional facilitators.
